I have been twice and had a positive experience both times. I had a great eyelash tint and thought the service was fast, easy and great value for money. I also had a facial and a massage and found the experience to be very relaxing and excellent value for money!
Arrived on time but waited for half a hour before I was received to treatment. The staffs in charge of my waxing was nice and explaining to me that the delay was before the last customer was late. I like how the waxing was done fast within 15mins. However, it was quite painful. She didn't stretch my skin when removing the wax, it was really not gentle and my skin was being pulled with the wax. I think her waxing technique could be improved.

the lady was very nice, and made me feel comfortable the salon is centrally located in Hammersmith.
