Arrived on time but waited for half a hour before I was received to treatment. The staffs in charge of my waxing was nice and explaining to me that the delay was before the last customer was late. I like how the waxing was done fast within 15mins. However, it was quite painful. She didn't stretch my skin when removing the wax, it was really not gentle and my skin was being pulled with the wax. I think her waxing technique could be improved.

Sorry for my english but that was terrible. The lady starts the waxing, it was paintful and really bad made and plus she left me 10mn during the waxing because she had to charge another client. At the end they refused me to pay with credit card.
