The ladies that work in this salon are very friendly and welcoming, however, unfortunately, not qualified to give a shellac manicure.
I had a Groupon voucher for £12, which is £5 cheaper than the usual price but unfortunately it wasn't very good at all. It took the lady an hour to do when it's usually a maximum of 30 minutes, the gel was applied all over my cuticles, it was sloppy and thick and less than a week later 3 of my nails have peeled off already. Going to another salon tonight to have it re-done.
Lovely ladies, but a bit more training needed I think!

I never write reviews, even when something wrong happens, but this is way too much!
This has been the worst experience ever. First of all, the professional lady who was supposed to do my nails did not come for the appointment, so her colleague, who apparently is a hairdresser, served me. Her hands were shacking, so the nail polish was all over the place, some nails were over-covered with colour, even on my skin, and some of them where done only in the central part, so I had no nail polish on the sides.
I want to specify that this was a shellac manicure, so I was supposed to go to work in that conditions and remove it only in a salon after weeks.
When I expressed my disappointment, the lady first said that she was going to fix it, and after, when she did even a worse job, she said that for her the nails were nice, and if I did not like them it was my problem.
I asked her to remove it and leave the place with my money back, but she refused to refund me because she used the nail polish already in my nails so I had to pay for it and she wanted me to keep it for a week and come back to remove it for £10!!!
At that point I just wanted to leave, so I asked her to remove it for good. I was shocked when I saw that she left all my skin still with the colour and some nails still had the base coat on. I even took a picture to post online!
I am speechless.
