Just seriously don’t bother going at this place for a treatment. They are really unprofessional. They kept changing my appointments when I book them, they don’t treat their staff good and their staff is changing the appointments themselves. I had booked a treatment, I went there and no one was there. Then they booked me another appointment and gave me one for free.
I did the first one and then I booked another appointment for my second treatment. Then they cancelled it and booked another one. Then the aesthetician called me to cancel it and book another one.
Seriously, who has time for all these?
I’ve been having acne laser treatment with LLG for a year and my skin looks amazing. Great service and trustworthy.

I had three treatments and each time I visited was worse. Everyone was so unprofessional and during the treatment I felt very uncomfortable. There was clearly a lack of basic hygiene and during a treatment they left the door wide open when I was on the bed so anyone in the waiting room could see me mid treatment. 2 out of 3 of my appointments were double booked so I had to reschedule which was a big inconvenience and the man who seemed to be the owner kept lying. I would avoid this establishment at all costs, I have been left quite traumatised by my experience.
