I've been to London Lash Studio (Lady Lash) at their former Victoria location and was familiar with their high quality work so was more than happy to trek to their new studio in St Johns Wood even though it is less convenient for me to get to. The new studio is spacious and very clean. All the stylists are amazing so you can't go wrong with booking anyone. Finally, the products they use are the best out there. My eyelashes always look great and I get tons of compliments.
Definitely make a booking in advance though as their slots do fill up rather quickly. Once I made the mistake of going to an imposter with a similar name called London Lash Expert (also located in Victoria) because I wasn't able to get an appointment here and I cannot stress how terrible my experience there was. I now no longer trust any other place but London Lash Studio for eyelash extensions because the quality and professionalism they offer is seriously unrivalled. Best studio in London, hands down!
Wanted to love this place but that wasn't the case and make it my go to for lashes after so many good reviews.
Receptionist lovely but wasn't happy with my therapist as she didn't give me the look I asked for but went for what she thought it was right. All lashes fell off after 2 weeks. Quality of lashes is very good but for the money I paid I was expecting to get exactly what I asked for! Won't mention names but was a senior therapist and I'm sorry to say this but if you know you have bad breath eat a mint or gum if you know you are gonna be so close to the client's face.
Don't understand the hype, my local salon charges half the price and does a much better job. Won't be going back.

It was an amazing experience. The stuff very friendly and professional. Beds very comfy, the lady who did my eyelashes was fab! I will recommend this place to everyone! The stuff have such a good knowledge of their services and they are so polite! Loved it!!!

Booked to have an eyebrow wax. After I had layed down and they got the tub of wax they then said the wax had been out too long and was hard so they couldn't wax my eyebrows and would have to pluck them... I was not impressed at all with the treatment!!
Miki has done my lashes a few times now and she is absolutely amazing. I've never had any discomfort and am always over the moon when I see the end result, she's extremely friendly and professional and even though the new location is quite far from me it's a trip I'll always be willing to make to get the results I do from this great salon and the amazing lash artists that work there :)
