Great service and have already recommended to a number of friends. I think what would be nice is if you can see the result of the treatment you are booking - this is especially pertinent to those who are new to eyelashes and don't necessarily know what each selection would result in. The quality and care taken to put the lashes on is great and |I can't fault it. I did have to go back as the first lady did not shape the lashes the way I particularly wanted but this was very swiftly and politely rectified and did not affect the overall quality or experience. I will be going back!

I write this with reluctance because they're always so busy! I love this place, have been coming here for roughly a year now. Really good service, lashes last for ages as long as you follow the advice of the aftercare!! I've seen reviews mentioning the aesthetic of the venue and that you have to share a room with another client. You have your eyes shut throughout the entire treatment so not sure why it's such a concern?? I think people can be overly picky/fussy. These girls are great, I've seen all levels of experience and have been happy every single time.

I can't fault Ladylash their eyelash extensions look amazing and the girls (esp Holly and Becca) working there are fantastic. Such a great, happy and welcoming experience. M

Overall, the quality of the service is good compared with many of the lash bars in London. But I have had a better-skilled technician who charges at the same price. So in terms of value for money (including the lashes they use), I felt it could have been better. I thought I asked for an appointment with a less experienced technician for in-fill. But in the end, they gave me a master technician who charged for higher price.
