I went in to have my lashes done and they are brilliant. The staff are excellent and my master lash expert was Rebekah who was so relaxed and professional, it was a dream! I then decided to have some eyebrow work, which again, was excellent. I will definitely return.
Great service and have already recommended to a number of friends.
I think what would be nice is if you can see the result of the treatment you are booking - this is especially pertinent to those who are new to eyelashes and don't necessarily know what each selection would result in.
The quality and care taken to put the lashes on is great and |I can't fault it. I did have to go back as the first lady did not shape the lashes the way I particularly wanted but this was very swiftly and politely rectified and did not affect the overall quality or experience.
I will be going back!
I write this with reluctance because they're always so busy! I love this place, have been coming here for roughly a year now. Really good service, lashes last for ages as long as you follow the advice of the aftercare!! I've seen reviews mentioning the aesthetic of the venue and that you have to share a room with another client. You have your eyes shut throughout the entire treatment so not sure why it's such a concern?? I think people can be overly picky/fussy. These girls are great, I've seen all levels of experience and have been happy every single time.
