I can't fault Ladylash their eyelash extensions look amazing and the girls (esp Holly and Becca) working there are fantastic. Such a great, happy and welcoming experience.

Overall, the quality of the service is good compared with many of the lash bars in London. But I have had a better-skilled technician who charges at the same price. So in terms of value for money (including the lashes they use), I felt it could have been better.
I thought I asked for an appointment with a less experienced technician for in-fill. But in the end, they gave me a master technician who charged for higher price.
This place is lovely, did a great job. Will definitely be returning here though!
The place was very clean. The staff very attentive. I am really happy with the results. Will definitely be going back again.
Holly has been very helpful and responsive in arranging my appointment. Tanya was very diligent and patient with all my questions. I would definitely go to Lady Lash for my lashes again!
