Not great - I wanted extensions that were similar to my previous ones. The lady who did my extensions could see the type that I had on but failed to mention before the treatment that the ones they did were different - much thinner and multiple lashes applied to each eye. So it wasn't really the natural look that i was going for. There was also no consultation process on the curl or length of lashes - they didn't seem to have any kind of choice available or if they did this wasn't made clear to me. On top of this, after just a couple of days a lot of my lashes have already fallen out which is disappointing.
Really happy with my visit here! All of my girlfriends have noticed the new shape and asked me where I had my eyelashes done. It's been close to 3 weeks at this point and a lot of them are still in place. Staff are nice and very professional. Would definitely recommend!
Lady Lash is fantastic, I had my lashes done for the first time a few weeks ago for my wedding and they looked amazing. Rebekah is lovely, put me at ease straight away as I was super nervous. Have since had the infills done and have to say am completely addicted now. The attention put in to making my lashes look so perfect and so natural is amazing....I get so many compliments. I have been coming here for over a year now nearly two and the service is always great. The staff are friendly and they really know their stuff and will recommend what they think will suit you and you get great results. My lashes always last a long time, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
