Always great, wouldn’t go anywhere else

I have had lash lifts before somewhere else and this was not a great job, I had asked for a full lift (highest /strongest lift)but was not given that instead I was told that may lashes could be curled more next time,once the lift was done. I was very disappointed and did not know what to say at the time as I was in shock and I did not expect that after all the good reviews I read. I was super excited about getting my lashes done with the team after reading the reviews but was disheartened with the results.
The practitioner was polite but the job was not that great I don't feel she listened to what I wanted after I specified that I wanted a strong lift. I don't know if I will be returning as I do not feel the job meet my expectations.

The lashes themselves are fantastic but some glue went in my eye and gave me quite a lot of pain during the treatment - I then had a severely bloodshot eye for a few days (including my wedding!)
