I went in for a refill having lost quite a lot of lashes and would have preferred the lash artist to rebook the appointment for a longer time slot rather than leave me after the 1hr15mins slot looking really very strange with a few short lashes closer to my nose and long thick lashes on the second half of my eyelid. Even my husband noticed which he never does! I had to go back the next morning for a 30 mins quick fix.
