Very professional and did a great job at application, however I asked for the lashes not to be too long in length and they're a bit too long compared to previous extensions.

Lovely place, but this is the second time I’ve been and the eyelashes fall out so quickly. A lot have gone within a week, even with good care. I don’t know if it’s the product they use, but they feel very gritty and clumped together, so they fall out in clumps within a few days. I’m a week in and I’ve got huge gaps. Also I feel the ‘glam’ lashes are still very natural and quite short/ thin compared to other places. Also when your treatment in the back room having your lashes done, this doesn’t give the same nice ambience, as it has no music and feels a bit odd. Shame as the place is lovely and the staff are so nice. The product just doesn’t live up to the price.

Wictoria has been doing my lashes for quite sometime... and I am so so pleased with them . She is an excellent lash artist ... takes her time and really covers all the lashes .. a great job ! And a delightful young lady
