It was the best eyelash extensions experience so far in London. I normally have my lashes done back home (Russia) and I am a lash artist myself, it was hard to find a place where they would do it to the same expected high standard. I’m glad I found this place.

London Lash studio has the most amazing team, girls are always friendly and professional. I cannot recommend their service highly enough. I have had eyelash extensions done by Rebekah, which I absolutely adore and love! When I had gotten my lashes done, I didn't expect them to be such poor in service and to last so short. I've gotten eyelash extensions for almost 2 years now and this is the first time I've been here to get it done. 1. Lash longevity problems. Within the first 2 days, I realised how clumpy the lash arrangements were and they started to fall out - I know often we are told that lashes would come off because of our natural lash cycle but within 3 days it was as if nearly 1/3 had fallen off. 2. Lash arrangement was in a mess and i mean it started curling in and hurting my eye no matter how much I tried to comb them back. It was ridiculous, my eyes were always red and finally I couldn't take the torture as it was ruining my trip. This was day 4 of my new lashes and I was on holiday. By then, it had hurt my eye so much that I went to get it removed. The kind lady who took it out gave me an offer and redid it for me because she said it was badly placed. She was top notch and I left very very happy with my new lashes.
I've been to many places to get my lash done but I can truly say that the quality of service here is not up to standard and it's upsetting that I've spent what I did and the time just for 4 days of discomfort.
