Raluca was very professional, explaining and checking everything with me. The result was fantastic, I loved it. I called before to check what materials they use I barely even feel the eyelashes on my lid. They feel so natural.
However, the first time I visited, I didn't like the eyelashes my artist chose. She didn't show me what she was intending and wasn't thorough with her questions to confirm. I was quite disappointed. The handiwork was great, the final look was not what I had in mind. I learned to view the lashes first to approve and ensure we were on the same page for the end result look. Because I didn't like it, I let the lashes drop off and it stayed for about 5 weeks before it started to have big gaps. Almost 2 months later, a few of them were still hanging on.

The treatment was done very well and I am sure it would have made a much bigger impact if I had fuller natural eyelashes, but I only notice a difference when I apply mascara! Still, the beautician was great. :)
