My first time ever doing this and I am really dissapointed with the result. I had to go to fix my lashes after 4 days, because half of them were gone. Staff totally unfriendly, Non of them said Hello after I arrived. I wouldn’t recommend to my friends or family. Very bad experience. I’m Sure, I’m Not coming back.
Did not like the whole experience and the result of the lash extensions. The technician wasn’t ready for the treatment when I lied down on the table. She didn’t ask me how I would like my lashes to look like, she didn’t clean my old ones and didn’t even remove the loose ones before she started to put the new ones in. It took her more than 20min to get prepared and bring all her eqpuipment to the place before she put the first lash in, during the whole session she kept fidgeting and shuffling around what made me feel something wasn’t right.
After 6 years of having my lash extensions, I know what result I can expect. This time the lashes aren’t full at all, they are uneven and there are gaps missing, the old ones are drooping over the new ones. Now it’s a 2nd day after the treatment, I look at the mirror and I still can’t believe that I had to pay for this. Very unsatisfied.
Friendly staff but lashes were not applied in the style I asked for and if you book with a discount expect to only get half a treatment-Definitely not a full set of lashes.
The current salon is undergoing renovations and they have a temporary location in Surrey Quays (which is perfect for me). I recently relocated from the USA and have had lash extensions for 4 years. I have been to 2 lash stylists in London previously and appalled at their work. I initially found London Lash studio via social media (Instagram) and I can safely say that Lissa will be my "go-to" regular stylist. The lashes were amazing - I got a natural set and although the initial application was 2.5 hrs it was worth the wait! My lashes were damaged from the previous applications and these came out absolutely beautiful, very full and light and just perfectly natural. Yes they come at a cost but you definitely get what you pay for. I've already scheduled by next appointment.
