I’ve gotten my lashes done about 7 times and this was by far the worst experience. First of all the process lasted 2h30 which is abnormal considering the treatment has never taken longer than 1h10. The lashes are way too thin and not long enough. I believe they look fake and not great quality. While the process was going on the lady doing them walked outside for a bit which I find beyond unacceptable. Overall do not recommend.

As soon as I step the door a really friendly and relax environment was waiting for me.
Really peofessional. Overall experience Excellent.
