I have been going to get my lashes done for years but recently the strandards have gone way down. It used to be a great salon, lashes done perfectly, welcoming staff however, recently my lashes fall out all the time, they are not interested in customer review and specifically lash artist Veronika had no interest in what i was telling and just left to accomodate her next client. I never recieved a confirmation email or text for what time my booking was and called several times as soon as the opened however no one was picking up i was late and had an hours long treatment yet Veronika demanded that i pay the entire amount and didnt even listen to what i had to say turned her back and left. Anyway i have been going there for years, and unfortunately wont be returning.
Amazing as usual.. this is the third time I get my eyelashes done with London Lash Studio, second time by Dori, she done such an amazing job as usual. My only complaint is that I found it hard to relax at first because another client kept talking, really loud. Also, now that Dori is a Master lash artist, I had to pay £150 for the same lashes I paid £125 for last time, and I wasn't informed of this change when I made my booking over the phone :(
