I loved the new location, surrounded by similarly beautiful shopfronts instead of the old Victoria location. The interior was clean, and as always, the service was fantastic.

I had my lashes done at Lady Lash for 2 years by the lash artist, Darja, which was always to the highest standards. However this time I went to a different artist and I was very disappointed. Half of the eyelashes fell off after a week. I had a glamorous set which is supposed to be 4D-5D but it looked like only 2D-3D. This work was not worth the value. I hope you will take it into consideration.

All my appointments have always been great. This is my go to place when I travel to London from the USA. My lashes are always beautiful when I leave. I am a lash artist myself and I am so impressed with how gentle they work and how knowledgeable they are. They are experts at lashing. My favorite place to go in London and I highly recommend them!
