I normally see the senior artists and now they have been promoted to Master which means I have to pay more money to continue to have my lashes done by the same artists, other than that my lashes are always done perfectly

I love LadyLash extensions - they look wonderfully natural (no Kardashian spiderwebs for me) and they last a good 2-3wks easily. BUT the costs of LadyLash extensions are getting quite steep, especially after the most recent price increase, I must say.
Great as always. I have been coming to Lady Lash now for over 2 years, I just wish there was an incentive for loyal clients such as points earned each visit that you can redeem against future bookings or packages you could purchase with some sort of discount for example buy 5 get one free etc. There is a scheme where you can introduce a friend and get 10% off which is great but it would be nice to have some loyalty card or packages to be available. Even a discount on your birthday perhaps?
Always very friendly and welcoming, this is my second visit and would recommend them to anyone interested. Very relaxing atmosphere, I fell asleep both times!!
Karolina was amazing. Very patient with me, with my flu I’ve been a very annoying customer :S
She understood exactly what I wanted and the result is amazing !!! I love my eyelashes and I will come back to her !
