I booked & paid £55 for lash lift & tint appointment for a Friday evening a week in advance & in the interim came to the salon for a patch test.
When I arrived for my appointment I was informed there was an error with their system- they could not do my appointment & they’d call me to sort out.
I have since contacted the salon via social media (which has been seen & ignored) & called every day since to request a refund but it is directed to voicemail therefore I have lost trust in this salon.
