Wasn't happy and asked for a refund, irina had an issue that I asked for this later although in the appointment id said its not what I like and didnt offer me a solution at the time. she wasn't flexible about when I could go back, said I had to go back today but its my 40th and I didn't have time to go back, wouldn't offer an alternate date,therefore no refund. She was good at communicating and the place was clean but sadly overall not a good experience
