I booked in for a glam set on a promo as I didn’t have time to visit my normal lash lady who is a bit further out from the city. The service was nice and they seemed to have stored the lash details I had from last time. However... the lady doing my lashes was pretty rough with my eyes and they hurt the day after. It also took 3 hours in a boiling hot salon. After explicitly asking for a glam full volume look with full curl 3D-5D, I came out of the salon with medium curl natural lashes 2D that were 1mm longer than normal. Then after me saying I would have liked them fuller the lady urged me to rebook in 2 weeks for an infill. I also overhead another lady after her treatment saying the same thing as me and being urged to do the same. Normally I can wait 3-4 weeks (more if I’m pushing it) in between visits with my normal lash lady at another salon and she manages a full glam look in less time. This is not a good way to get your customers to spend more by forcing them to come back to get the look they originally asked for. The lashes I got were very pretty which is why I gave 4 stars but not at all what I asked for and require more styling than when I get them done elsewhere.

After booking my appointment for glam lashes, I have to say I am pleased with the end result, however, I feel like the lashes should have been abit thicker because they seem very natural to me. They had a promo offer on for the glam lashes which is what made me book to begin with. The Lash Artist who did my lashes said she would write down what she used on me so I know for next time but this unfortunately didn’t happen and it may well have been that she forgot. I will contact London lashes directly to discuss this. I would definitely come to them again. Hopefully I can be informed as to what I should expect for the amount I pay in future.

Great service, always very professional and clean. The lashes are great quality, better than many other extensions I have had.
