The lash lift was great! Just a few pointers for a better experience;
- If this is the client’s first time, then reassure them throughout the process, let them know what exactly you’re doing before you do it (no warning before touching my eyes led me to jolt!)
- Ask if theres any discomfort after each part of treatment
- LED lights = necessary, but they were pretty hot such that they made the adhesive for the silicon pad burn my eyelid a little
- some hairs were a crooked (not major)

I absolutely loved my first lash extensions here but I have to say the second time around I was more than a little disappointed. The staff member doing my lashes had headphones in and was watching something on her phone the whole time. I would be able to ignore that if it helped her do a great job but my patchy lashes would suggest she was a bit distracted.
