I don’t usually like to do a bad review, but I was very unhappy about the result of my LVL. I have done LvL many times, I personally love this treatment as it gives a natural look without having to put fake lashes on.
The LvL I had in this place completely screwed up my eyelashes, I know that this is the cause of keeping the solution on for the wrong time! I was left with flimsy lashes and had to travel a week after expecting my lashes to be great and ready for my holiday. Instead I went through my entire holiday having to clip my lashes because of the damage that was done. The was was sooooooooo weak and pointed at all different directions, it was also curled so much that i couldn’t wear mascara as it would just go into my eye lid!!! This is the second time I’ve gone here and I will never go again due to how much they messed up my lashes. I think you need to make sure that your technicians know exactly how to do an LVL, how to personalise the time for the solutions, these should all be taken in consideration on the clients lash condition! Very disappointed.. don’t want to be negative but this was by far the worst LVL experience!

My first time getting lash extensions, I opted for a classic half set and absolutely love them! I didn’t want anything too full on but enough to make my natural look a lil bit extra. I had Sara who selected the best lashes to fit my natural ones, not too thick/thin, long/short - just right 😊
