I had an Lvl lash lift and lash tint, both of which were well done, but the brow tint was a disaster. I'm a very light blonde with pale brows and asked for the barest hint of colour. The therapist left the tint on far too long and my brows are now a deep dark brown. Parts of the brow were also missed so close up they are now two completely different colours. The therapist remarked that it is because my brows are so fair that the dye takes much faster than usual, which I appreciate but I would expect her to know this and act accordingly. Will not be returning.

Great venue, efficient staff and really relaxing experience. Really like my lashes, Jade did a great job. Will definitely going back.

Happy with results. Jade did a good job and noticed that two of the lashes on one eye hadn't lifted properly first time and straight away offered to redo them.
