I started as a personal trainer 8 years ago, operating mainly in the City of London. Being a back-pain sufferer led me to specialising first in low-back-pain management, then up-skilled in corrective exercise to improve movement for pain management in general, and by extension specialising in sports massage therapy as a my main practical modality for treating this condition. My experience in these fields has allowed me to help clients move more easily and have a better quality of life. I also hope to continue managing my own body dysfunctions as successfully as I’ve done and one day compete on a national level as a powerlifter. If you are in pain, I’d love to help you get better. I’m available: Mondays 1-8pm Tuesdays 7-10am Wednesdays 9am-7pm Thursdays 7-10am Friday 1-8pm Some Saturdays 9am-1pm
