I had two sessions with Ryan after I sprained my calf. The treatment of massage, dry needling and rehab exercises was very effective and I was able to return to running two weeks after the first appointment. I highly recommend Ryan as a therapist.
Ryan diagnosed the root of my problem with my lower back and worked on the tightness causing it. I was impressed by his thoroughness and the results of the massaging of these points. He also gave me simple exercises to follow at home. A shift has occurred in my back and I am now confident that I can get better.
Liz is definitely one of the best massage therapists I have seen. She was extremely welcoming and friendly and understood exactly what I needed. She released so much built up tension in my back, applying just the right amount of pressure to release the knots and tension without being too painful. I would highly recommend.

I've come in with a rotator cuff injury which derived from a subscapularis and supraspinatus overworking, as painful as the treatment was, it worked wonders with noticeable improvements over the next 2 days.
