The massage place is a bit random, tucked away in the basement of a barber shop, in the corner of a mini gym but when all you need is an excellent sports massage to get at very sore overworked muscles then it’s perfect. Liz totally sorted me out.

Ive been having sports massage treatments from Joe for a few years now and highly recommend him. As a Personal Trainer myself I also recommend him to my clients. Joe is great at looking into the cause of the problem, treating any issues and prescribing a plan to help treat underlying issues. Joe’s friendly, approachable, knowledgable and professional - I highly recommend.
