After a few weeks of hard training, my hip flexor began to act up, sharp pain in top right front part of the hip. Liz helped release the tension in all of the surrounding areas and gave me a few tips on how to activate and work the muscles to ensure the problem doesn't return.
If you need a real sports massage or therapy/training to not have reoccurring injury, you can't find a better place to visit.

I’ve genuinely never liked weight training but Joe has completely changed my mind on it! He provides a really holistic approach to training and not only focuses on the working out aspects but also diet which is really helpful! Joe also offers online classes which in Covid times has been helpful for maintaining training despite times when self-isolation has been imposed. He is great at assessing what needs strengthening and tailoring plans according (as well as adjusting based on any injuries).
