This was my first time to have a sports massage due to really tight knots. Liz was lovely- friendly, passionate about what she does, reassuring and really effective. It was great to meet her too. And my back so much better since.

The massage was good although I would prefer someone who has worked with patients with Parkinson's as treatment is more targeted.
