I've come to see Joe to help with a very knotted/tight shoulder area. I had a problem since gyms reopened and was unable to workout because of it. Joe has done needling, cupping and massage on my shoulder which felt incredibly relieving! After the session, I was able to see my shoulders "sitting correctly" and the healing process began. 2 days later I'm back at the gym working through a shoulder strengthening plan that Joe has provided, pain free and knot free! Would recommend to anyone!!!

I've been struggling with back pain for years and had multiple deep tissue massages before, but this experience really stands out. Not only did Ryan make a huge improvement to the pain I was in at the time, he also explained why my back was hurting and offered advice on stretches and lifestyle changes to help manage my discomfort going forward.
