I’ve genuinely never liked weight training but Joe has completely changed my mind on it! He provides a really holistic approach to training and not only focuses on the working out aspects but also diet which is really helpful! Joe also offers online classes which in Covid times has been helpful for maintaining training despite times when self-isolation has been imposed. He is great at assessing what needs strengthening and tailoring plans according (as well as adjusting based on any injuries).
This was my first time to have a sports massage due to really tight knots. Liz was lovely- friendly, passionate about what she does, reassuring and really effective. It was great to meet her too. And my back so much better since.
