After the surprise of having almost no talk prior to the treatment, no music on for relation and no form of feet prep for the reflexology ( no oiling /rubbing of the feet for blood circulation and feet were not covered to keep warm) I was very disappointed that the masseuse did not find any correct pressure points and showed no knowledge whatsoever of the proper technique of reflexology. I have sent a complaint over email which both the salon and Treatwell choose to ignore. Never again.

My reflexology treatment was pleasant and relaxing, but it was unlike any previous reflexology treatment I've had. The pressure was very soft. It was pleasant while it lasted but I didn't feel as if I came away with any lasting benefit.

Really great massage, in a soothing quiet centre in the heart of the Southbank. Andrea is very skilled and uses a range of techniques to get the issues effectively.
