Lovely pedicure. My only feedback, that I gave at the time too, is that sitting in the back room is far from the experience of the main room. Felt very much like the ‘back room’ with fluorescent lighting and next to the washing room with tumble drier spinning noisily at times, though it’s nicely done out just like main room. Felt like a demotion from where more valued clients sit so I’d request to sit in main room if I go again.

The customer before me arrived late for her appointment which caused a 15 minute delay for my appointment. However, the therapists were very apologetic and polite. My gel manicure was done very efficiently and quality was not compromised. Very happy with the overall experience and I will be back.
