I had a shellac manicure that lasted 3 weeks and looked so great. Very happy, then came back for shellac removal and a cut & shape. Different nail technicians on both occasions but thought both were lovely and polite and very professional.

I've been coming to LNC for over a year now and I've seen lots of the nail techs come and go. I've come to expect a certain standard and unfortunately I didn't have the best results this time which is very disappointing. Specifically, the paint job on my manicure is not as close to the cuticles as usual. It's only been a couple of days and it already looks grown out. Also, the tips have not been wrapped - generally the paintwork down the sides is uneven and patchy. Happy to chat to management.
