Great massage, somewhat painful but really helped loosen my shoulders.

So painful, but so good. I tend to throw out my neck a few times a year and woke up with the some kinks and knots that I knew were going to send me down that path. This massage got my neck moving again!
It's a bit tricky to find, and my appointment was after hours that the building was opened, so I had to tailgate some one in- but it was totally worth it.

Fantastic massage with good pressure. I can handle quite a lot of pressure but Jarek asked if I was comfortable so I believe he could adjust it for difference tolerances. He’s very knowledgable and has given me advice on how to improve my overall flexibility which gave a holistic approach to the experience
Will definitely book again and recommend to friends
