Jarek met me at the entrance to the slightly hard to find gym location, and after a brief consultation, gave me an extremely firm massage which sorted out my neck and shoulders perfectly - deep tissue massage which left me quite sore the next day, but left me looser and more relaxed than I've been for months. Thanks, I will certainly be back.
