A really nice experience - took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained everything she was planning on doing and let me have final say on whether she would go ahead or not. Colour was exactly what I asked for, despite my previous hairdressers telling me it wasn't possible without bleach/further damage to the hair. Value was amazing and she cared that I left with the hair that I wanted, rather than just getting me in and out within an hour or two to fit in another customer. I've already booked my next appointment.
