Sarah was excellent - very professional and made you feel at ease. She is an absolute perfectionist and made you feel extremely valued as a customer. She uses great products and really takes time to ensure she fully understands what you want. The shop was really quiet and relaxing - no constant sound of hairdryers blowing. Overall a great experience

Loved my colour. The only downside to my experience is that the salon is along a very busy road and it was a really hot day when I went, so the door was wide open and with traffic thundering past you have to shout to speak to one another. Could do with some background music and magazines to add to the ambience but that's just my opinion! I'm sure as the salon grows and more stylists are employed this will improve, apart from that everything was great.

Arrived earlier than booked appointment . Started doing my hair straight after (no waiting) had a fantastic wash, some products used were vegan. Really like my cut, knew exactly what she was doing & I get many compliments about my new cut! Many thanks
Cannot recommend Claire and london proper enough! Claire spent longer cutting my hair then anyone has in ages! Really recommend.
