Lovely experience with a great hairdresser. Sarah told me she studied engineering at college, and I think that might have something to do with how meticulous she is with haircutting! Accessing every strand from every angle, I trusted her judgement completely and although I gave very little instruction, she asked all the right questions so I ended up with the kind of style I never even knew was exactly what I wanted! Cannot recommend highly enough.

i had my hair cut here last night and i was so impressed, brand new modern salon (a little sparse but don't be put off). To say Sarah knew what she was doing was an understatement, she listened, and cut my hair really well. I will be going back (and as a serial 'new customer' this is a big thing for me). Absolutely worth the money

I had an amazing hair cut yesterday by Sarah. The salon is lovely and simple and very chilled and Sarah really gets it about cutting hair - she managed to correct a terrible haircut from another salon. Thank you! Will be back

My cut was great! Sarah really knew what would work best for me, even when I was pretty vague with what I wanted! She also said to pop by again if I wasn't happy with anything once I'd attempted to style it myself at home and she would be happy to alter it. As an opening offer I received 50% off my wash, cut and blowdry, so it worked out good value for money, though I wouldn't usually stretch to the normal prices I really believe it would be worth paying a little extra here. She was so passionate about hair it was refreshing to see. I liked the simple décor in London Proper and Sarah was lovely to chat to. Best of luck with the new salon!

Brand new salon in Battersea ran by Sarah straight from California. Sarah's extremely nice and looks very well after her customers. Something worth noting: she sent a text the day after to check if I was happy with my haircut !! Never ever have I seen hairdressing customer service like that before. Really nice experience altogether, I'm definitely going back.
