Jemma was just wonderful. She listened and gave great advice. After explaining that my last haircut had been a disaster she spent time making sure I was confident before making any changes. She even spent time making sure the cut was something I could style easily on my own rather than wasting her time on a fancy blow dry

I have used the same hairdresser for years and decided it was time for a change, after undertaking time consuming research I decided to try London Proper Aveda and took a trip to Battersea. Jemma, really took the time to discuss what I was looking for and did a brilliant job, my daughter thought I looked 10 years younger and I am thrilled. Most importantly I did my hair myself this morning and didn't even need to use a hairdryer to achieve a similar result. Highly recommend!
