The entrance was smelly as the receptionist had her food therein the table (it was 6pm). During all of the session the 3 ladies that work in the salon were chatting and laughing and being extremely loud so it wast a very relaxing experience. Then the lady went in and interrupted the session a few times because her phone was ringing and she had forgotten it in the room. When my treatment was over the machine made the pertinent noise but no one came and I couldnt remove myself from the machine so I had to sit there waiting and calling for the lady for quite some time. The machine a massage were OK but extremely poor customer service.
