The salon is very conveniently located and fairly easy to find. The salon is basic, but offers a wide variety of treatments. Each time I went for my treatments I had a different therapist, but the therapists I had for the last two were the friendliest, although I feel the first was the most adept. Staff seemed knowledgeable, however, the machine at the Knightsbridge location is an older model, and during my last two sessions, there was a hole in the suction tube in the smaller probe so the treatment was fully completed. I've been to other salons where I felt that the results from the treatment were more noticeable and facilities were better. I heard the Wigmore location has the new machine so I would probably try that location instead.
Excellent, I would definitely recommend to others, great location, There was a very nice relaxing atmosphere and excellent service provided, i would definitely make a return trip. A very satisfying experience

Arasys treatment is good for toning, therapists were great...so all togheter made a great deal and experience. I am keep going to this venue for other treatments as well. Happy about value and service offered.

The salon is in a great location in Knightsbridge. The staff are friendly and efficient. A little more time could have been taken to explain the process. The treatment was good but many sessions close together are necessary for good results.

As soon as I walked in for apponment, receptionist/therapist was on the phone didnt acknowledge me. I was soon handed a registration form and told theres the booth, she ran threw some instructions very quickly (my first tanning session) i was more baffled. the room was tight and dirty. As for the tan was very light,no real difference from natural skin colour. waste of time would not go back.
