I only used 15 minutes of my 30 minutes as I had to go back a second time. I was given the wrong information on the opening hours and had to return from a long journey due to that. I was also told that I didn't need to book for the lymphatic massage - that I only needed to drop in. When I got there I couldn't have one, as I was told that I needed to book for it. As I was only able to use 15 minutes due to the expiry date, the treatment didn't make a difference to my face. I was told that I would have needed 6 to see a result.
Never again! In fact, I bought two deals but only used one due to the disastrous effect of the first one!
The staff was friendly but it doesn’t make up for incompetence. I had the endermologie treatment three months ago and since then the back of my knee hurts and the vein shows.
I booked lymphatic drainage and red light collagen treatment and wanted to get them both together on one visit. I turned up the first time and I was unable to have the red light collagen treatment for some reason. The next time I turned up for the red light collagen treatment the machine broke (broken fuse or something similar) so this was a 2nd wasted journey. Both times the staff were very nice and courteous but I wasted a few hours of time so am not particularly happy. I have still not had the red light collagen treatment as now it feels like a real effort to get there.
The actual procedure was not pleasent....it was more painful than I thought it would be - but the staff made it more then bearable.
I felt very comfortable with the staff and surroundings, and would go back for more treatments!

I went with my friend, overall had a great experience. Therapist was really friendly and professional. Booking the treatment was also very easy compare to my other experiences in past with other service provider.
