After buying a voucher from Wahanda which gave me a choice of 4 different treatments had decided to try the Inch Loss Treatment in London Beauty and Tanning Knightsbridge. The treatment lasted aprox 15mins, so you can't really expect to see some results in such a short period, but it was an interesting experience. Wouldn't buy it for the orignal price, but for the Wahanda's discounted price it's worth trying.
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
We got a great deal on the Mobdeal, £10 we got the full body spray tan. As far as spray tanning goes it was good. The tan was realistic and not orange and it did not streak. The staff were friendly and we were looked after. It was a positive experience and I would definatley go back.
I went along to the London Beauty and Tanning salon in Knightsbridge for an Inch Loss treatment. The staff were lovely and very friendly. However I can't say I particularly enjoyed the treatment. I was wired up a machine which sent electric currents to make my muscles contract - think Slendertone but on a massive scale - it didn't hurt, more it was uncomfortable. I wouldn't have that treatment again, I wish I'd tried the Lymphatic Massage which sounded much more relaxing!
I would recommend the salon but maybe not the treatment unless you are more hardcore than me!
The location is quite convenient. I got lymphatic massage done using an quipment that causes waves, on your thighs, legs. It was a nice experience but am not sure if it did anything to tone the body as such. It needs to be done longer/more often to get the real results. Overall the experience was worth it as it gave a taste of what is possible.
It was a short, easy walk from Knightsbridge station and the salon was small but clean and welcoming. The girl on the desk was lovely, put me at ease straight away (as I'd never had a salon spray tan before) and helped me decide what colour level to go for. Her advice was really helpful as otherwise I'd have probably gone for the palest shade and been a bit disappointed! As it was, I was really pleased with my colour (level 2) and had very few streaks - again the salon girl had advised me well on using the barrier cream and how to stand etc. The tan lasted almost a week and I was really pleased with it - am definitely going back for another one soon!
