Nef is the most amazing beauty therapist, she is not only totally and completely professional, she is also the most caring and understanding person for someone like myself, who was a first timer to waxing. Her kindness, care and explanations of what is about to happen, what is going on, and how it might feel, genuinely reassured me, and has ensured that my next two bookings have been made, but only with her. Thank you too to David on reception who guided me through the process on the phone.
