I routinely go to this salon and have never had issues!
However, last time I booked a treatment my appointment was rescheduled twice. Mildly annoying but I understand issues happen and didn't make a fuss of it.
When I eventually got to the salon, the beautician (whom I'd never had before) was in a rush to get to job done as quickly as possible, which made me feel very uncomfortable - e.g. rushing into the room when I wasn't yet ready without knocking on the door, going through the treatment very quickly in a rough (and at times painful) manner - it was really not nice.
I usually get very good customer service - not sure what happened this time round.

The lady was really professional, she asked me questions about my skin and I filled up a document, she gave me the time max that my skin could support. I really recommend this company!

This salon was very efficient, as soon as I arrived I was given a form. to fill out and then straight to my treatment room. Very friendly staff and my leg waxing was done very fast and well. I liked everything about it except I think the treatment rooms need a little TLC. Maybe clean the cob webs would be the first thing. It wasn't unpleasant however it can be something to consider.
