My issue was with Treatwell not with London Tanning and Beauty, who are exceptional. Treatwell charged me £59 for 60 minutes suntan, where as in store the retail price is £55 for 75 minutes. Someone from Treatwell came back to me saying that this wasn't a cost that London Tanning offered. I have since liaised with the manager and she has compensated me.
