I had been to London Tanning & Beauty a few times before my last visit and I was usually satisfied. However, my last visit was a nightmare. A new beauty therapist (never has her before) gave me my Hollywood wax...what a disaster. She wasn't familiar with the hot wax and decided without asking that she was going to use the strip wax. As soon as I realised, I pointed out that I had paid for a more expensive treatment and she said that there was no difference in the wax used and that the strips were more hygienic. The treatment itself was very painful and badly carried out. I could have told her that I wasn't happy but I was in too much pain.
This was probably just bad luck, as the therapist was new to me, but I will think twice next time before going back.
