The treatment room wasn't very pleasant or nice to get to and I felt an awkwardness in the room. But, the therapist had a good and pain-less technique.

I was a bit weary about getting a Hollywood wax done in a new place. But, I was seen right away, and the very friendly therapist Claire did an amazing job. She had a good, clean and neat technique with efficient removal.

I had a dermalogica facial, I felt the thearapist used the product extremely sparingly and it was supposed to include a 20 minute head, shoulders, neck and decollete massage. Overall I was quite disappointed with the treatment I received and feel shortchanged.
