I had a great experience at London Top Nails & Beauty ! Very professional services and really clean environment! Everything was clearly sterilized and kept clean. All of the staffs made me feel super comfortable, and I loved the results of my manicure and pedicure. Got a wonderful skin after the luxury treatments by paraffin. Waxing was super as Kelly was really fast, and efficient. She’s so talented in her works. Massage was fab. I definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a pamper

Clean place and polite staff. The place was cute. It didn't feel like a deep tissue massage though. It rather consisted in being very very gently stroked and only slightly pinched at times. It was relaxing perhaps but it didn't help me release any muscular tension. The room was cold and the bed not very comfy. I'm also not sure of the quality of the product they applied on my skin.

had to wait some time but they were kind and friendly which was lovely, but the perm and lamination was a waste of money, it didnt last 2 days, I didnt wash my face for 2 days and still the brows and lashes look the same, wish I didnt waste my money on this service. I have had it before elsewhere and it worked...also didnt really like how they tried to upsell my pushing shellac or manicure when I booked for pedicure only...im quite shy in person so I felt bad to say no
Scam!! I went here for the first time because two of my acrylics broke. I booked a full new set of £60 on treatwell which I thought was already expensive. When I was there they wanted to do an infill and two new nails instead of a whole new set. The treatment was mediocre. In the end I was informed that I have to pay £99!!! I asked how that’s possible and she listed everything. Absolutely ridiculous. One day later, one of the new acrylics broke!! I went back and they fixed it but it looks worse
