the worst, most unprofessional experiences of a “spa deep tissue” massage in my life. “massage therapist” was having her own nails done (toes) when I arrived, asked me to wait for her to finish before we started. went into the room (that next to the nail area, with very thin walls) and she stated that the table always “‘moves around” - very poor quality facilities. Unprofessional- didn’t follow directions about pressure and focus areas. Took a phone call and was texting during massage. Awful.

Leilani is NOT trained in deep tissue massages, i have had plenty of massages and this was not the one. Trying to stagger time by pottering about and completed the massage earlier than the hour allocated. Do not book here for a massage, there are cheaper and better places.
