Booked my nail extensions throughout the treat well. The price was ok so decided to do it. Went to the venue and showed the girl what I wanted . She assure me she will do so how in the picture. Sadly after my nails wasn’t even looking what I asked and I said to her ,however when she asked me to pay it was way different price than it was . ( at treatwell wasn’t mentioned about extra prices ) however o wouldn’t mind to pay what she asked but the thing she didn’t do a great job 😭NEVER AGAIN

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. I booked this appointment twice and twice when I got there the place was shut. I had to call and wait for 15-20min someone to come and open it. I booked an express manicure and mentioned it when I arrived but after Kelley was done she made me pay her another £10 because she said she gave me a hand massage. Other people were also waiting for their appointments but there was no other technicians to help them. I wouldn’t return
