Staff is very friendly and experienced! I explained my hairdresser that I had a bad experience before and a bad job done in my hair so she really managed to fix it and Im very happy with the results. Definitely coming back for other services too.

Great experience! Daniela was professional throughout. I had my eyebrows waxed and she did a lovely job, I also did my nails and highlights while I was at it and I’m very pleased with the results. A 5 star service for a fraction of the price compared to salons in central london. 100% recommend this place, I will definitely be coming back 😊

The place was quite dirty, and there was lots of talking over my head with other people during the treatment - not the most relaxing experience. Also, the place uses an electric file for removing top coat of Shellac which is bad for your nails and does not use real Shellac products. It was rather cheap though so you can tell form that and the end result of the manicure looks nice.

quite interesting experience, the gel colour seems to be changing colour: going lighter after a few days.

The facial was overall relaxing and useful to lift my tired skin. The beautician was extremely approachable, explained each part of the procedure and provided tips on future skin care. If you are wanting a zen environment with meditation music and candles, you won’t find that here, as the setting was a little more open due to being based in a centre. However, the beautician did ensure privacy and comfort with use of a screen.
